Burton Waters Lodges is situated on the A57, between Lincoln and Saxilby. Being 1 mile from the city of Lincoln, we are conveniently close to major transport routes and motorway links. The Burton Waters development is signposted from Lincoln and Saxilby, and is easy to find.

Approaching from Lincoln on the A57, the Burton Waters complex is the first exit on the roundabout & is easily visible from the road.

When approaching from Saxilby, take the A57 towards Lincoln, follow through Saxilby and continue for approximately 2 miles until you reach a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit and enter the Burton Waters complex.
